Who are we?
Shimmer Telecom was established in 2002 as a channel focussed voice and data
service provider working in association with business partners. We are based in the
North East of England, providing support nationally.

We do not operate a direct sales force and we never compete for business with our
partners. In that sense we are quite different from many of our competitors who see dealers/partners as merely an add on to their existing business.

Shimmer Telecom is independently owned and managed by experienced ex carrier
Business Development Managers, who understand channel businesses.

What do we do? 
Shimmer Telecom was developed as a partner based business, and all our processes
and working methodologies are geared around providing our partners with a level of
support and service that is market leading. We support and independently bill
products including:
• Telephony Calls
• Telephone Line Rental
• Non Geographic Numbers
• ADSL/SDSL
• Internet Leased Lines / Ethernet / VPN Solutions
• MailDefender Anti Spam and Anti Virus services
• SIP Trunks / IP Exchange Lines / IP Centrex Hosted Telephony Solutions
• Network Call Recording

All of the above can be billed to customers in a single monthly invoice.
