Shimmer Bureau Partners sell all or some of Shimmer’s Portfolio of services, including phone calls, line installations, line transfers, broadband, data (e.g. Internet Leased Lines, MPLS IPVPN etc), SIP Trunks and Hosted Telephony, in one of two ways:

• Commission Option – BPs use our RRP and earn monthly commission payable for the lifetime of the business
• Revenue Option – BPs earn revenue based on an agreed buy ratecard and set their own pricing. The difference between the two is paid monthly for the lifetime of the business

With either alternative, BPs have a “Dual-Brand” option for Order Forms, Product Literature, On-Line Billing Portal, Invoice and Direct Debit Origination. In short we promote your brand alongside ours. We will manage the order processing and provisioning and will liaise with the customer directly OR with you, the BP, only. Customer Service can be managed by us or by the Bureau Partner. Whether you want to manage your customers with no contact from us or if you want us to take total control, we offer the same high level of customer service and keep you up to date with the latest stage in each of your orders, whether that’s installing a line or redirecting an 0800 number – we understand that information is crucial and you are always kept “in the know”. Our in-house technical team are available to assist with technical issues where appropriate either on the phone, on email or in person.

Please note - there is no volume commitment to be a Shimmer Bureau Partner, however as there is some investment required to have your own Branded Billing Portal and Direct Debit Origination a complete Bureau Partner set up takes a few weeks to put in place.

Bureau Partners have access to our Channel Portal for our Knowledge Centre, ADSL checker and On-line Ordering Options.
