Shimmer Dealer Partners have the choice of the full range of Shimmer’s portfolio of services, including phone calls, line installations, line transfers, broadband, data (e.g. Internet Leased Lines, MPLS IPVPN etc), SIP Trunks and Hosted Telephony. All of these products are offered at a RRP with on-going commission paid monthly by BACS for the lifetime of the business. There is no commitment to volume required, or to any particular product. Whether you sell one service a month or 10 a day we apply the same high level of customer care to your orders.

We will process, provision, invoice and provide customer service to these customers as part of our contract with you. We are responsible for managing the customers, and we keep you up to date with the development of the orders on a daily basis. We will do all we can to make your part of the process (the selling) as straightforward as possible to allow you to get on with running your business, including providing technical assistance where appropriate.

Dealer Partners have access to our Channel Portal for our Knowledge Centre and On-line Ordering Options and can also include a link to our On-line Billing Portal from their website for their customers to access their monthly bill if required.
